Our Story
We (Thomas & RJ) founded Creative Concierge Limousine Service, Inc. in our home state of Florida in 2017. We started with a 2011 Toyota Prius and an Enterprise rental car.
We quickly grew and had to hire over a dozen full and part time drivers to handle the demand—about 40 transports per day. The pandemic hit and operations nearly came to a halt. But thank God, we survived! And through 2024, we had executed over 60,000 transports with a 97% reliability rate. As much as we are committed to small business entrepreneurship, we are just as committed to pastoral ministry. And in November of 2024, we received and accepted a pastoral assignment to Wayman AME Church in Racine, WI.
We initially assumed that we would seamlessly expand Creative Concierge to Wisconsin. But we quickly learned that the ground transportation environment in Wisconsin was significantly different than in Orlando. So we decided to Uber for six months in order to learn the Southeast Wisconsin environment. And we have. As a result, we invested in two new Nissan vehicles (Rogue & Sentra) and decided to forego a large scale operation and focus instead on a small—personalized private car service.
When you call Creative Concierge, we (Thomas or RJ) will answer. We (Thomas & RJ) will manage the logistics. And we (Thomas & RJ) will serve as your drivers. This is not by necessity—but by CHOICE. Welcome to Creative Concierge whereby our company motto is—Ride. Relax. Repeat.

What to Expect
1) You may request booking online by visiting www.creativeconciergelimousine.com, [Book Car Service] or by calling (833)-LIMO33, or by emailing us at thomas-and-rj@creativeconciergelimousine.com.
(2) Soon after making your booking request, you will receive a clarifying telephone call from Thomas or RJ confirming your booking.
(3) We will then forward to you a detailed invoice. You will be asked to immediately place a 20% deposit to secure your request. You are now formally booked!
(4) The evening before your private car service, you will receive a confirmation call from either Thomas or RJ (usually the one who will be driving you).
(5) About 15 minutes prior to pickup, you will receive a courtesy text/call to let you know that we are on the way.
(6) If you have not satisfied your invoice already, you may do so any time during the transport.
(7) In the event, we are picking you up from the airport, you will receiving a welcome text upon landing. Simply respond to the text and we will guide you to your airline’s Baggage Claim. We will pick you up right outside Baggage Claim. DO NOT STRESS … we will be talking to each other the whole time.
